we issue invoices through paypal.*  a paypal account is not required to pay the invoice.  cash is also accepted.

half of the to cost is to be paid to be placed on our schedule.  final payment is due when services are complete.

*all pricing on estimates are valid for 60 days. pricing may change due to supply price increase.

The amount of time it will take depends on my schedule and the amount of work involved. I can give you a time line when you are ready to get started with your piece.

Yes, we offer pickup and/or delivery for a fee.  

It will be coordinated closer to the schedule for the project to start and/or completed.

yes, we have sample books for your viewing at our shop.  You may schedule a time for viewing.

We can give you an estimate of how much fabric you will need.  Just provide photos and measurements, length and height are sufficient.  All estimated fabric yardage is calculated for solid color fabrics.  If you are interested in a pattern fabric it will require more fabric for pattern matching. In some cases it can add 2.5 more yards to the estimated amount given. 

No, we use the best paints, stains and topcoats for you to choose from. those are included in the pricing.

we absolutely can replace the hardware for your pieces.  however, hardware must be provided by the client when we receive the furniture. 

give us a call and we can discuss the process for replacing handles/knobs to ensure your piece meets your expectations.

No, we do not provide services for window treatments.

terms & conditions

FURNITURE PREPARATION
All furniture jobs will be prepared using the best cleaning methods and best products that we have found in our experience. With that being said, any cleaners, additives, oils or other materials that have been used on your furniture could present a problem in getting a durable finish. Please let us know immediately if anything other than soap and water have been used on your pieces so that we can adjust our products and pricing accordingly. We are not responsible for failed finishes that happen as a result of cleaning products previously used on cabinets or furniture.

PAINT AND MATERIALS
Paint and painting materials are included in all prices. Please note some degree of wear must be expected for all painted pieces. Paint over time will wear, break down and show wearing.

UPHOLSTERY
Fabric can be provided by the client or purchased through W&W suppliers. (Sample books are available for viewing by appointment).
Client must have upholstery fabric at time project is placed on W&W work schedule. We will not be able to accommodate “holding” one’s slot open until you get your fabric.  If upholstery fabric is ordered through W&W full payment is required (taxes applied).

ADDITIONAL LABOR & MATERIAL
Pricing is for completing the job as described on invoice. Additions to the job will result in additional fees for labor and/or materials. Any necessary fixes or rework to our finishes that is caused by others will be billed at a rate of $35 per hour plus supply costs with a minimum charge of $35 to fix.

CANCELLATIONS
Job cancellations by client need to be made at least 7 days before the confirmed start date. Cancellations within a week of the confirmed start date will be billed to the client for the cost of supplies that have already been purchased for the cancelled job.

PHOTOGRAPHY
We reserve the right to take photographs of all work performed on the project and/or job site to be used in our advertising efforts and our company website including all social media platforms.

ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL:
If you agree to the prices and scope of work on the estimate and these conditions are satisfactory, please click on the accept button on the estimate issued through PayPal. Acceptance of the estimate means that WEATHERED & WORN HOME INTERIORS, LLC is authorized to complete as specified. An invoice will be issued for payment, as outlined below.

PAYMENT WILL BE MADE AS FOLLOWS:
In order to cover the cost of paint and/or upholstery materials (outside of the purchase for upholstery fabric), 50% of the total cost is due. Balance is to be paid upon completion of job. ONLY forms of payment accepted is Cash or the PayPal invoice.

Note: Pricing may be adjusted, due to price increase of supply, if not accepted within 60 days from date of estimate.

PICKUP OR DELIVERY OF COMPLETED PIECES
We do not have the space to hold furniture items until their scheduled time for project to start. A time will be scheduled for the piece to be delivered to our shop or picked up by W&W. Pickup or Delivery of finished piece(s) must be made within five days from notice of completion. If not picked up or delivered within five days, daily storage fees of $3.00 per day (starting sixth day) will be applied.
